Never married. In 1891 census she is living in Mounteagle Township with five children ranging from 12 to 22 years of age and she is 40 years old. Her home was very close to homestead of Alex McDonald and Eliza Robinson( her sister), on the Hybla Rd.
In 1881 census Sarah and 5 children and her parents James, 70 yrs. & Margaret, 65 yrs., and brother Samuel Edward -18 yrs. living together, (assume home is her parents).
